We recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Banchory called Bridge Of Bennie Cottage. Our purpose was to explore the beautiful area and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel had everything we needed, with a well-equipped room and plenty of information about the area, including maps. They even provided games, books, and DVDs for rainy days. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring Aberdeen, going on tours of Donside, or traveling up Deeside. We also enjoyed the great golf courses, walks suitable for all ages, and the abundance of nearby castles. Plus, there was a variety of nearby eating establishments and a supermarket for all our self-catering needs.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely cottage in a picturesque location. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, including maps and information about the surrounding area. Despite the brightness of the rooms due to the light curtains, we enjoyed plenty of outdoor seating areas where we could soak up the sunshine. The location was perfect for exploring Aberdeen, Donside, and Deeside, with great golf courses, walks, and castles nearby. We also appreciated the variety of dining options and the convenience of a nearby supermarket. I highly recommend Bridge Of Bennie Cottage for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The bedrooms were comfy but the light curtains didn't do much to block out the bright sunlight, making it hard for the kids to fall asleep and causing them to wake up early. Some blackout blinds would definitely be a plus.

Our experience at this hotel was pretty good. The only downside was the lack of blackout blinds in the bedrooms, which made it difficult for the kids to sleep.

This place is a dream for all the sporty types! Hiking and cycling galore. And guess what? The towels are actually available! No more wrapping myself in toilet paper, thank you very much.

Oh how I loved waking up at the crack of dawn! Those fabulous light curtains let in all the sunshine, ensuring I never missed a glorious moment of dawn chorus.

Excellent location. Great for touring, golfing, and exploring castles. Well-equipped with information, games, and entertainment options. Close to eateries and supermarket.
